are basically divided into 3 categories:

any producers in Bali or necessary other parts of Indonesia.
- Local handling costs such as:
- Trucking of the container from an to harbor of Surabaya
- Harbor charges (THC)
- Loading the container
- Export documents (Form A, Bill of Lading, Packing Lost
and Commercial Invoice)
- Fumigation
- Ocean freight (Surabaya to any destination Ports).

Ocean freight rates are
better negotiated at the destination end with any shipping lines,
as the advantage to ship "collect" which means those costs
will be charged when the container arrive.
