How all works
|
| Our prices are quoted in USD and we have
a minimum order requirement of 1000 USD.
When receiving your order by fax or email we will issue a sales
confirmation along with the estimated production time and approximate
shipping costs. If you are in agreement with everything we will request
that you transfer a deposit of at least 50% of your order value.
When your order is completed, and prior to shipping, we want you
to transfer the remaining balance that is due along with the shipping
charges.

Payments
|
| Payment for SHIPPING should always be
made in USD.
We can accept payment for your ORDER in either Indonesian Rupiah
or USD or Euro.
If you choose to pay in Rupiah you will be required to convert
your payment into rupiah prior to transferring it. If you are
unable to obtain Rupiah it will be necessary to make your payment
in USD or Euro.
Price and terms subject to change without notice. In the unlikely
event that changes are made, you will be notified prior to the shipment
of your order whereby you will be able to accept or refuse any such
changes. In the event that a refund has to be made, due to a change
that you are not in agreement with, we will make a full refund of
the amount in question, less any charges levied by the bank to transfer
the money back to you.

Packing
|
Packing cost depend a little of what
kind of packing you want. If you want items packed single in inside
boxes and outside boxes, and if it need to be a wooden frame.
We will give you the information about the packing costs for your order
when we receive your order.

How long will it take?
|
Production time can be anything
from 3 to 8 weeks depending on the size and complexity of your order.
We will be able to give you a more accurate estimate of the time needed
as soon as we receive your order. Shipping time can be anything from
4 to 8 weeks to most destination by sea freight or 3 days to 1 week
for airfreight.

To get our pricelist, phone, fax or send
us an email with information about your company. Also
we will like to know if you are a retailer, wholesaler
or distributor.
This information will make it easier
to keep you informed of new products that may fit your
market or to let you know of products that are currently
selling well.
